Desde que visité el lugar para informarme, no me imaginaba celebrando mi boda en otro sitio. Aurum Fusión combina a la perfección la elegancia y esa faceta entrañable que lo hace ideal para bodas más íntimas y familiares, como la nuestra. Estuvimos comodísimos y súper bien atendidos en todo momento; los camareros son muy eficientes y amables. La comida estaba riquísima y venía en cantidades abundantes. Acabamos a reventar, pero fueron tan amables como para dejarnos llevarnos lo que sobró en tuppers. Destacar los arroces, de lo más sabrosos y gustosos. Con sólo decir que la mitad de nuestros invitados eran valencianos y a todos les deleitaron, lo digo todo. Agradecimientos a Gloria, que resolvió todas mis dudas y que es muy simpática y se nota que le gusta lo que hace (la decoración quedó monísima), y a Andrés, que nos tuvo muy bien atendidos a pesar de ir siempre tan liado. ¡Volveremos a celebrar nuestros aniversarios de boda!

Superó nuestras expectativas, la comida riquísima, platos originales y deliciosos. Pedimos setas portobello y lomos de sardinas, unos entrantes exquisitos y con una preciosa presentación. Los arroces espectaculares, pedimos uno de pato con puerros y otro de costillas con setas, a cuál más rico. Con sabores potentes y muy bien cocinados. Nos colocaron en el salón pequeño, muy agradable y con una preciosa decoración. Y lo mejor de todo fue la atención, el personal es muy amable y atento. Volveremos sin duda.

We went for a family lunch. The menu offers traditional dishes with a modern twist. We had croquettes, sweetbreads and Russian salad as well as a variety of second courses, including paella. Everything was freshly made and cooked excellently. The staff was very attentive and professional.

Really great restaurant in Alcorcon . Location is funny too find if you don't know it but it's surrounded by a lovely park . Inside is beautifully decorated . Seats are comfy . Temperature inside was great on a hot afternoon we went , so we did not suffer while eating . We ate from the daily menu which was great value . The food was tasty and well presented and a good portion size . I had the cachopo for the main course and it was very good .
